SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Pre-made items are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders require 2-3 weeks for production. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Australia (Standard): 5-7 business days
- Australia (Express): 2-3 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, MyPair is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or during return shipping arranged by the customer.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
